A chemistry degree will open up many opportunities for graduates. Our graduates find employment in a wide range of areas, including medicinal, industrial, environmental and biological areas. A great overview of possible careers can be obtained on the American Chemical Society website.
A major in chemistry requires 35 or 36 hours of chemistry courses. Below is an outline of the chemistry courses that must be completed in order to obtain the major.

In addition, students choose 7 or 8 hours from
